Returns
- Hassle-Free Returns on Unused Items – Products can be returned within the approved return window as long as they are unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.
- Custom, Special Orders & Clearance Are Final Sale – are not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective.
- Defective or Damaged Items Covered – Telescopes Canada will work quickly to arrange a replacement, repair, or resolution in line with manufacturer warranties.
Exchanges
- Exchange Period - Items can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery or pickup.
- Condition - Products must be unused, undamaged, and include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
- Eligibility - Exchanges are accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect shipped items
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
- Used/damaged/incomplete returns, or returns after 30 days, may receive partial or no refund.
- Original shipping, duties, and taxes are not refundable once an order has shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

- Delivery & Handling - In-stock orders typically ship same business day if placed before 2:00 PM ET, require signature on delivery, and transit times range roughly 1–7 business days within Canada depending on region.
