Description
iOptron® heavy-duty pier extension is designed for iOptron GOTO mounts to provide 8" extra telescope height. The MiniPier fits on various iOptron tripods/piers and other brand tripods with some DIY.
The following mounts can be mounted onto the MiniPier:*
- HAE69 (2XM8 screws)
- HAZ71/HAZ46 (1X 3/8"-16 screw)
- CEM70 (2XM8 screws)
- HAE43/HEM44 (2XM6 screws)
- CEM40/GEM45 (2XM6 screws)
- iEQ30/iEQ45/CEM60 (2XM6 or M8 screws)
The MiniPier fits these iOptron tripod/pier:
- Tripod for CEM70/CEM60/iEQ45 (#8023ACC)
- Tri-Pier (#8034)
- Tri-pier 360 (#8037A)
- Permanent Pier (#8038)
* For a mount with a smaller base, the latitude range may be limited
- Height: 8" (200mm)
- Top plate diameter: 152mm
- Bottom mounting holes: 2XM8, on a 130mm diameter circle
- Gross weight and dimension: 5 lbs, 11 x 8 x 8 in
