Description
An All-Sky camera dome and housing, suiting for outdoor mounting of a camera with an all-sky lens, such as the ones that come with most ZWO planetary cameras.
The camera also comes with infra-red LEDs for uses where the housing is used for a security camera that required night-time illumination, but this will not be needed for an astronomy camera.
It's recommended to use a Raspberry Pi to run the camera. You can find an excellent project for setting it up here -> Build Your Own All-Sky Camera
You will need to either have the Raspberry Pi close by to the camera, or use a longer USB cable to run from the Pi to the camera housing. Assembly methods will vary depending on the components you use. In most cases a hole will need to be drilled if you need to run a USB cable through the housing.
