How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically, orders placed before 2pm will be shipped out the same day. It can take between 1-5 business days to receive your order depending on the shipping options selected at checkout. We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

How do I track my order?

Click on the "Track" tab of the Chat Window, and enter your order number and email address to see the status of your order. If it has been shipped, the tracking number will be displayed and can be selected to open the carrier's sites for detailed tracking information. If you need further assistance you can always reach out to us via chat, email, or phone.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. The shipping fees will vary depending on your location. At this time we do not collect duties and taxes on international shipments. All duties and taxes levied by your country/customs/courier are your responsibility to pay. You will be contacted by the courier to pay any outstanding fees prior to the delivery of your item(s).

Can I exchange an item?

Where are you located?

1 Rosetta St, Unit 5, Georgetown, Ontario, L7G 3P1.We offer local pick-up for online orders only. Unfortunately we are not zoned for retail and do not have a showroom.
