I decided to get the FF80 to streamline my AP setup as I don’t have much time to dedicate to the hobby and have found dealing with flatteners to be time consuming. I’m extremely happy with the results I’ve obtained with the FF80 combined with a 2600 DUO mounted on an AM5. The field is flat over the APS-C size and I don’t see any chromatic aberration. This scope has made AP very rewarding. If you’re like me and don’t have a lot of time to dedicate to the hobby but want good results, the FF80 is awesome. It is well constructed and has a solid focuser and dew shield.
