This all-metal filter drawer system allows you to quickly change filters without adding a bulky filter wheel to your system.
The drawers are magnetically locked into place, creating a good seal against moisture and avoiding accidental drops.
Filters up to 7mm in thickness (not including threads) are supported. The 2-sided filters from Optolong will work in this drawer.
2 filter drawers are included, along with optionally used spacing rings. Additional drawers can be ordered. The manufacturer has recently changed the spacer ring material to metal.
The drawer system weights about 100g.
The camera side of the filter has male M42 or M48 threads depending on the model chosen, while the scope side has female M48 threads.
The body of the filter slide takes up 16.5mm of back-focus in the imaging train.
